Molecular diagnostics in a single process
CPA is the new molecular diagnostic system for Point-of-Care-Test solutions. This detector uses an innovative technology that eliminates the need to intervene on the double sample for setup: realtime replication of reagent for use and vitrified and patented isothermal amplification. This allows hypothetical positive results within 35 minutes and reporting in 55 minutes.
User friendly: the sample is dispensed directly into the reaction device which is divided into two parts: extraction and amplification. The intuitive software is managed by the rational display on board. All test components are transportable at room temperature.
Ergonomics: CPA counts with ready-to-use reagents in format of 20 reactions per kit. This allows for agile warehouse stock management and ideal preparation for first aid emergencies and small routines that do not need a large laboratory facility.
Method
- Add sample and extraction buffer into the patented test cartridge using a micropipette.
- Insert the test cartridge into the instrument.
- It shows the results.
