Eugenio allows complete tracking of all information related to each sample.
With its most complete version comes ESAtrace, a web-based tracking software related to the transport of test tubes. The date, test tube code, sender location, sender operator, destination location, bag code, datalogger code and temperatures recorded during transport can be collected with that software solution.

Workflow example
- The user inserts one or more racks into Eugenio and starts the reading.
- The system reads, sends and stores data in ESAtrace.
- The user then inserts the racks into the tertiary container and launches the transport with ESAtrace.
- When the tertiary container arrives at the final location, data is automatically downloaded into ESAtrace to LIS software.
